Congrats to the 10AAA OMG Storm who won the MBT State Championship last weekend.  Going 2-1 in

pool play (losing a tight one to league rival Champlin Dayton), the Storm went on to beat Cottage Grove 7-0

in the round of 16, East Ridge in the Quarterfinals (14-2), Chanahassen (6-4) in the Semifinals and then beat Hastings 11-2 to win the title at Kent Hrbek Field in Bloomington.

The Storm lead by OMG hockey stars Ethan Elias, Brock Faber, Kyle Kukkonen, Henry Nelson, and Cal Thomas all members of the YHH Squirtacular championship team and #2 rated team last season. The boys played well together as a team, got good pitching, solid defense and a collection of clutch.  Huge shout out to head coach Tim Thomas and his assistants for their hard work this season.
