Orono peewee A’s score against Northfield in their Best of the West tourney played in December. The Spartans will need more goals tonight to beat OMG peewee A to clinch the District 3 title. Game time is 7:15 PM at Orono.

The table below summarizes the regular season peewee AA/A and bantam AA/A champions for the 12 Minnesota Hockey districts going into the last two weeks of regular season play.  The table will be updated in two weeks once all the regular season district schedules have been completed.

Please note:

D2-Peewee A Stillwater AA has the edge over White Bear Lake AA, both teams should win their final games.

D3-Orono plays OMG A tonight at Orono.  The Spartans are favored and need to win to take the D3 title.  Wayzata AA and OMG AA played only a partial D3 schedule and couldn’t get enough points to compete for the regular season title.

D4-District 4’s A bantam and peewee teams will play in the District 5 playoffs.

D5-The Luverne/New Ulm game played Saturday morning at New Ulm will likely decide D5’s Peewee A (D5 Silver Peewee A league) champion.  Luverne is favored to win that game.

D6-League champions are fairly well set.

D8-In the chase for the Bantam A title, Rosemount has a strong enough edge over Lakeville South and Lakeville North to be picked as Champions.

D10-The league schedules have been completed except for a single Bantam A game between Spring Lake Park A and Blaine A to be played this Sunday.  The Panthers need one point to break a tie with NCBD A and win the title.  Blaine A is in last place in the D10 standings.

D11-Hermantown AA and Duluth East AA play tomorrow in the league decider.  The winner gets the title in a 7:15 PM game played at Hermantown.

D12-Eveleth/Mesabi East and Greenway play tonight for the D12 Bantam A title.  The Golden Bears need to win.

D15-Fergus Fall’s peewee A team is unbeaten in 12 games in D15.  They play Detroit Lake and Alexandria this weekend and should remain unbeaten.
