Hermantown > Park of Cottage Grove (7-4) Gavin Blomdahl scored a hat trick, and Zam Plante scored twice to lead Germantown to victory. Beau Janzig and and Ty Hanson also scored for the Hawks. Phoenix Jr. Coyotes vs. Osseo/Maple Grove 3-3 Three players scored for each team as Phoenix and Osseo/Maple Grove skated to a 3-3 tie in Division B play. Scoring for Phoenix were Niko Bejamin, Jay Lipinski, and Preston Soderblom. Goldie Peyton Larsen made 23 saves in the tie. Woodbury > Prior Lake (3-2) Dylan Godbout and Drew Fisher scored a two goals a minute apart to overtake Prior Lake in the final 4 minutes of an exciting game Friday at BIG 3. Prior Lake had the number 3 seed on the ropes the whole game. Justin Simonson scored late in the second to give the Lakers the lead 2-1. Then Godbout tipped in a Fisher shot, followed by a pretty snipe by the Gentry Player of the Game Fisher a few ticks later.
