6 Champions Crowned, Sunday Stars, All Tourney Teams


St. Paul's Matthew Gleason nets one of his 4 Goals Sunday

PWAA: Prior Lake beat #2 Edina in Regions and #3 Rosemount and #1 MPLS to win the State PWAA Title. Owen Neuharth had his second GWG in as many days. The Lakers scored three unanswered goals to overcome a 2-0 deficit to win 3-2 Sunday in Woodbury.

Tourney MVP: Sam Emmerich, Prior Lake

PWA: Matthew Gleason scored 4 Goals en route to St. Paul's second consecutive PeeWee A title. Gleason finished the tourney with 8 Goals and 10 points.

PWB: Edina White beat Orono White 5-2 to clinch the state title in Rochester. Jeremiah Konkel had 2 Goals for the Hornets as they outscored opponents 23-5 in three games to win it all.
