The 2015 USHL Draft was completed May 5th, but the draft season is far from over.  Next up is the NAHL draft that will be held June 9th.  Nine NAHL teams will be holding tryouts within reasonable driving distance of the Twin Cities area before the draft.  Other tryouts will be held after the draft.  The Dakota Ice Center in Prior Lake has the most action with the Fairbanks Ice Dogs holding their pre-draft camp May 22-24, Bismarck Bobcats holding their pre-draft camp May 29-31, and the Kenai River Bears holding a goalie camp June 5-7.  The Minnesota Magicians will hold their pre-draft camp at Richfield Ice Arena May 22-24.  The Minnesota Wilderness has their camp the same weekend, May 22-24, at the Andover Community Center.  The Minot Minotauros has their camp at Andover the following weekend, May 28-31.  The Topeka Road Runners holds their camp in Somerset WI at the Youth Civic Center June 4-7.  The Janesville Jets will hold their pre-draft camp June 5-7 at Inver Grove Heights’ VMCC rink.  The Aberdeen Wings holds their pre-draft camp at St. Thomas Ice Arena May 22-24.  Most of these camps are fairly open, but a player needs to contact the team they would be interested in trying out for before attending.    

The NAHL will be drafting amateur players less than 21 years of age on December 31, 2015 who are not listed on an NAHL team roster or are listed on an NAHL team roster but played less than (10) NAHL regular season and/or playoff games during the 2014-15 season and did not accept a tender from an NAHL team prior to the 2015 NAHL Entry Draft are eligible for selection in the draft.
