Kyle Kukkonen's late goal lifts '02 Euro

Kyle Kukkonen scores the game-winner for '02 Euro Red.

2001 Invite

Tommy Chicago emerges as the class of the field after Day 1, winning two games by a combined 17-3 score.

Total Hockey won their first game Friday, and fell to the Golden Bears in the nightcap 5-3. Grayson Hight leads Fusion with 2 Goals.

The Golden Bears need a win over the WI Blaze Saturday to gain a spot in the Final against Tommy Chicago's.

2002 Invite

Euro American Red is putting its talented lineup to use, winning both contests on Friday 8-0 over Steeldogs and downing the Magicians 2-1 in the nightcap. Kyle Kukkonen scored the game-winner for Euro Red with just 12 seconds left in regulation.

Warrior Hockey and the Magicians each went 1-1 on Friday, while the Steeldogs went 0-2.

Euro Red's Brock Faber leads the Division in scoring with 4 points.

2003 Invite

This crop of teams seem incredibly even after Day 1, with Total Hockey Fusion, Steeldogs, and the Minnesota Muskies emerging with 1-0 records.

Wiz Wyatt winner  and offensive catalyst for the Steeldogs Tyler Haskins is immediately recognizable on the ice, always in the middle of the action.

Although young, the Muskies showed great speed and rotation in the offensive zone in their 4-2 win over the Magicians, making them a darkhorse contender for the top seed in the Pool.

Steeldogs' Forward Connor Smith and Total Hockey Fusion Center Austin Stoneking each have four points after day 1.

'03 Muskies Alex Bump scores GWG to down Magicians 4-2 Friday night.

2004 Invite

This division is also crowded at the top.

Steeldogs, Euro American Red, and Tommy Chicago are all 1-0 after Day 1. But of those victories, the most impressive belongs to Steeldogs, who thumped the Magicians 14-1 in the opening round.

Saturday’s results should thin out the field, with all three of Friday’s winners facing each other over the course of the day.

Attila Lippai leads all '04 scorers with five points. The Woodbury speedster will play a big role in the Steeldogs quest for hardware.

2005 Invite

Euro American Red and Tommy Chicago went 1-0 on Friday, though the teams took very different routes to their respective victories.

Euro Red cruised past the Magicians 9-0, while Tommy Chicago escaped with a 4-3 win over Steeldogs, who went 1-1 on Day 1.

The Magicians went 0-2 on the day.

Jack Kernan leads the Division with 5 points - the Maple Grove scorer has been lights out so far.

2006 Invite

Yet another pool of teams jostling for the top spot.

Tommy Chicago and Steeldogs went 1-0, and the Magicians are still in the hunt with a 1-1 mark.  Hometown Hockey and Warrior are both 0-1, but have legitimate chances to rectify their records during the next slate of games.

Carter Kucera from the Magicians leads the division with five goals.

'02 Warrior Hockey scores in win over Steeldogs.

'03 Steeldogs' Joe Palodichuk executes slick move and scores.
