Pavel Barber is back with another skill series video! This time, it's a drill progression using the Rollerfly to help the goalies out there with their off-ice training.
With the Rollerfly, goalies can train and work on their butterfly and the same post-to-post slides off the ice... without chewing up their game pads or having to compromise their technique due to the friction of their playing surface.
To really amp up the difficulty, shooters can use vision pucks like our Hockey Vision™ FlyPuck, Hockey Vision™ Green Biscuit, or xFlyPuck™. The white color forces goalies to really focus to make the save!
