Teams to Watch

Anaheim Jr. Ducks - #8 in our Staff rankings...have big wins over NJ Colonials and the Toronto Marlies this year.

Belle Tire - won the Bauer Invite, very big and athletic team. One of the few teams that could challenge Shattuck for the national title this Spring in Alaska.

Buffalo Jr. Sabres - a solid team that is ranked #9 in our weekly Staff rankings...they have picked up nice wins over HPHL teams, Team Illinois and Honeybaked. Riding eight game unbeaten streak heading into Blaine.

Colorado Thunberbirds - our highest ranked team (#3) and the #9 ranked team in My Hockey Rankings. Beat Belle Tire in their lone meeting 1-0 earlier in the year.

Ryan Johnson, Anaheim Jr. Ducks

Players to Watch

Ryan Brow, Belle Tire - a can't miss prospect with a great shot and man-size hockey body.

Justin Jacoby, St. Louis - great hands, fun player to watch...will fill up the net if given time in space.

Ryan Johnson, Anaheim Ducks - one of the most prolific defensemen we've seen in the past year at any level. Son of former NHLer and Craig Johnson.

Nick McDougal, Belle Tire - high scoring forward that makes plays all over the ice.

Killian Kiecker-Olson, Colorado Thunderbirds - the Minnesota native is a great goal scorer that plays with an edge.
