Skogen Schrott scores for Southeast in a 2-1 loss to Metropolitan on Thursday
New England scored four goals in the third period to earn the early-morning win over Team USA.
Will Smith and Ethan Gardula each scored twice for New England, with both of Smith’s goals coming in the third period. Nolan Flynn and Jake McManus each added a goal apiece for New England.
Jacob Stevens was the lone goal-scorer for Team USA.
Ryan Leonard led New England with a goal and two assists, as New England handed Metropolitan its first loss of The Show. Jake McManus, Devin Fitzgerald, Ethan Gardula and Nolan Flynn all chipped in a goal apiece for New England.
The only goal for Metropolitan was scored by Tanner Adams.

Mid-Atlantic scored four goals in the first period and never looked back, cruising to big win over Rocky Mountain.
Charlie Cerrato scored two goals and dished out three assists to lead Mid-Atlantic, which rebounded nicely from last night’s loss to Metropolitan. Chris Pelosi scored a goal and had three assists, with Chase Pirtle, Luke Benitez, Davis Ross, Drake Davidson and Joshua Player all scored once for Mid-Atlantic.
Philip Lalonde scored both goals for Rocky Mountain.
Brady Engelkes scored two goals, his second of which in overtime to lift Midwest to a 3-2 victory over Great Lakes. Drew Jicha also scored for Midwest in the win.

Cal Ritchie posted a Hatty, and Anthony Romani added two goals to lead Ontario to victory. Matthew Soto, Cole Cooksey and Carey Terrance each scored once for Ontario.
Ryden Evers, Hoyt Stanley and Owen Beckner scored one goal apiece for British Columbia.
Jayden Perron recorded a Hatty and handed out a helper, and Rhett Marchant scored twice to lead Manitoba to a win with the highest goal total of the tournament thus far.
London Hoilett, Blake Jones, Hayden Wheddon, Carter Campbell and Merik Boles all scored once for Manitoba.

Metropolitan responded to this morning’s loss with a key win over Southeast in the Thursday nightcap.
Michael Hagens and Ryan Fine scored in the first period for Metropolitan, which held the 2-0 lead until Southeast’s Skogen Schrott scored with 4:26 remaining in the third period.
Metropolitan held off a late Southeast barrage to emerge with the victory.
