Jr. Crosby's 5, Miracle Gold 3
In another game that was close after two periods, the Jr. Crosby's put up three goals in the third period to clinch the title, avenging a pool play loss to Miracle Gold.
Chaz Lucius scored in the first and second for the Jr. Crosby's, making the score 2-1 after two periods. Blake Johnson scored for Miracle Gold in the first frame.
Johnson scored again to start the third, tying the game for Miracle Gold at 2-2.
However, in a 3:24 span, Chaz Lucius, Tanner Brouwer and Jackson Blake tacked on goals for the Jr. Cosby's, with Blake's coming on an empty net.
Kyle Law got one back for Miracle Gold, scoring the final goal with 58 seconds left to pull MG within two before time ran out.
