Drew Holt had a goal and assist on Friday
The Blackhawks dominated the game from start to finish, scoring twice in the first half and three times in the second en route to the victory. Carson Limesand and Konrad Kausch combined on the shutout for the Blackhawks, and the offense was highlighted by A.J. LeMire’s two goals in the second half to ice the game.
The game was scoreless until Drew Holt scored with 5:17 remaining in the first, followed by Joey Pierce’s goal with just 40 seconds left on the clock.
Jack Novak scored just 3:37 into the second half to push the Blackhawk lead to 3-0, and LeMire’s goals finished the game.
Jon Howe stopped 30 of 34 shots in the loss for the Flyers.

The Pens completed a spectacular comeback to stay alive, erasing a 3-0 deficit and stealing a win over the North Stars in overtime.
Thomas Porter, Jackson Fields and Tate Hammitt all scored in a 5:10 span of the first half to put the Stars ahead, but Matthew Gleason answered with a goal to end the first half at 3-1.
Will Mortenson and Gavin Best scored for the Penguins in the second half, Best’s goal coming with just 3:17 to play in regulation to force overtime.
The Pens kept that momentum up into the extra session, as Noah Tussey drilled a shot into an upper corner just 17 seconds into overtime to give the Penguins the win.
