Semifinal matchups are set for Friday morning as Pool Play concludes in Rosemount.

MPH heads into Friday's semifinals as the No. 1 overall seed in the Squirt AAA Division, outscoring its three opponents by a combined score of 74-18. MPH will be met by No. 4 seed Sartell, which played three games on Thursday. Cole Cheeseman and Avi Kasargod each scored five goals for MPH in Thursday's win in the pool play round over Sartell. Wyatt Zimny, Grant Wilson, and Devin Jacobs each scored once for Sartell in the loss.  

No. 2 seed Santa's Misfits will duel with the Young Olympians in the other Squirt AAA semifinal, a rematch of Thursday night's battle in which the Misfits came out on top 30-14 behind a nine-goal performance by Gavin McNeil. Easton Bahn and Keegan Davis each scored six goals for the Misfits in the win. Reed Smith led the Young Olympians with four goals in the loss to the Misfits.

After falling to Snoop 13-9 on Wednesday, Grinch Gang has rolled through the rest of pool play, winning three straight games and outscoring opponents 58-42 in the process. The first win for the Grinch Gang on Thursday morning came against Snoop by a score of 17-8, paced by Christian Greer and Brendan Clemens with four goals each. The Grinch Gang polished off the day with a 14-7 win over the Ice Cats. Chase Lorenzen led the team in scoring with three goals in that win. 

The Squirt A championship game will feature Snoop and the Grinch Gang, the rubber match and third meeting between the teams over the past three days. Reed Smith and Sammy McNellis each scored twice in Snoop's lone game of the day, the loss mentioned above to Grinch Gang.
